1951-D 50C MS66 Full Bell Lines NGC. CAC. An outstanding example, this is one of only 17 examples at the MS66 level with the Full Bell Lines designation at NGC, with none finer (9/13). Even without the FBL designation, the numbers are low, with NGC having only assigned the MS66 grade to two examples, with none finer.
