Thebes, IL - Eagle Bank of Illinois $3 No Date IL-815 G6a SENC. Proof. PCGS Choice About New 58 Apparent. A second "eagle" proof from this title, and a desirable three dollar denomination. The color frame and widely spaced THREE protector are a vibrant green. Upper right, over the title, is an eagle on a high branch with rural and town scenes in the background. Apparent designation notes some slight condition detriments: "Minor Stains; Minor Mounting Remnants on Back." This is very rare, like all proofs from this beautiful Eagle Bank trio. Ex: Eric P.
