Description Cheyenne, WY - First National Bank of Cheyenne $1 Series F Nov. 15, 1907. PCGS Very Choice New 64. The Panic of 1907 notes are another classification of Obsoletes. The notes relate to the clearing houses for the banks, a system that eventually developed into the Federal Reserve system. Obsolete note items from Wyoming are rare. This example was printed uniface on light green bond paper in black. The printed "F" and collateral obligation at the left end are in red. Hole Punch Cancelled in three places.
