This is from a Provincial Congress authorized series, printed two-sided on laid paper, and in a larger format than used for many Colonial series. The indented cut as made is at the left. At the lower right is the vignette of clasped hands with upright olive sprigs, the motto FIDES PUBLICA (Public trust) arcing above, and 1775 in exergue. The back shows intricate printing and FOR THE PUBLICK GOOD. Noted with "Splits and Tears; Minor Edge Damage; Center Split Repaired." Bright and mostly full size with sharp signatures.
