A different style "Army Certificate," payable at Warrenton and from a new enactment. Retroactive in use to compensate the former line troops from the State. A small format certificate printed on laid paper. 12.5 cm by 9.5 cm. Similar to the previous, but the paper is thinner. The ornamental bordering is even on all sides and indented at the left. The typeset obligation had blanks for issuance. No. 868. Issued and signed by two commissioners. It has heavy face endorsement, but is not endorsed on the back.
