Description | New Jersey April 12, 1760 6 Pounds Fr. NJ-141. PCGS Very Fine 20. Very few of the earlier New Jersey 6 pounds are in finer grade than this attractive example from the Eleventh War Issue. Of this denomination, there were 1,875 notes printed. Similar in style to the prior issue, with Royal arms at left and red text details. It has a black sage leaf back and was printed by James Parker of Woodbridge. Crisp and vibrant red face text and bordering details combine with clean surfaces on both sides. Choice, and among the finest known of the type. Ex: Eric P.
