New Jersey February 20, 1776 3 Pounds John Hart Signature Fr. NJ-174. PCGS Choice New 63 Apparent. The highest denomination of the Act and another note with the sharp signature of John Hart, Signer of the Declaration of Independence. Well-printed with nice embossing, but cited as Apparent with "Mounting Remnants and Stains on Back," although these are not particularly severe.
