New Jersey February 20, 1776 30 Shillings John Hart Signature Fr. NJ-173. PCGS About New 53PPQ. This is a very bold example of a popular John Hart signed note. The Signers of the Declaration of Independence Colonial notes have interested numismatists for generations. Although the most available "signer" note, this series is much scarcer than the March 25, 1776 notes that follow. A well-printed example, with excellent margins and superior paper.
