State of New Jersey 1786 3 Shillings Fr. NJ-212. PCGS Fine 12 Apparent. Another very scarce 1786 type note, this with the New Jersey Arms at the lower left in bright red. Plate B. The imprint of Isaac Collins is on the nature print back. Noted with a "Small Internal Tear near Center," but this example has excellent color and is above average for the type. Ex: Eric P.
