Description | Newark, (New Jersey) - First Presbyterian Church in Newark Undated (December 16, 1790) 1 Penny Newman page 266, Wait 1407. PCGS Fine 12. A church change bill series with similar style to the Borough of Elizabeth notes, also printed by S. Kollock. This denomination is undated. Typeset with ornamental border. The denomination is across the back with title above and location below. Signed by Elias Boudinot, who eventually became the third Director of the United States Mint.
