Newark, (New Jersey) - First Presbyterian Church in Newark Undated (December 16, 1790) 1 Penny Newman page 266, Wait 1407. PCGS Very Fine 25. A church change bill series with similar style to the Borough of Elizabeth notes, also printed by S. Kollock. This denomination is undated. Typeset with an ornamental border on both face and back. The denomination is across the back with title above and location below. Signed by Elias Boudinot, who would eventually become the third Director of the United States Mint.
