South Carolina 1777 (December 23, 1776 Act) $3 Fr. SC-137. PCGS Choice About New 58 Apparent. Not a rare series, but the majority known are remainder notes with one or two signatures. This note is fully issued and has four signatures. The face printing is very bold and the margins exceptionally broad. It is plated on page 55 of the color highlight pages in the Newman reference.
