These lumber-merchant notes were payable at the National Bank of Commerce in Boston and are often collected with Massachusetts notes. Engraved and printed by the American Bank Note Company. Uniface type. Loggers are hard at work in the center, and elk stand alertly at the far left. The left side counterfoil is trimmed off as issued. With modest wear only and very vibrant for the grade.
