Venezuela � Banco Central de Venezuela 10 Bolivares January 27, 1976 P-51s2. Specimen. PCGS Superb Gem New 67PPQ. The second of four dates of this Specimen-note type by the American Banknote Company. As previous, purple with Bolivar and Sucre portraits on the face and the war monument on the back. Stamped MUESTRA twice in red, with all zeroes, and noted as "Hole Punch Cancelled." Another superb note that is basically perfect. Ex: Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society.
