1914-D Half Eagle, MS64 Excellent Eye AppealA coruscating olive-gold near-Gem. Marks are uncommonly few and inconsequential. The strike is good, though shy of complete on the lower headdress feathers. The 1914-D is available in lower Mint State grades but is very scarce at the Choice level, and is rarely encountered any finer. The sole post-1911 Denver issue. Ex: Eric P.
