Fairbanks Detector in Original Wooden Box A nickel rocker scale, with gauging slots for U.S. silver and gold coins of all denominations from 25 cents to 20 dollars, with a black painted cast iron base. Housed in a custom wooden box with drop side and instruction letter pasted to the lid. Patented by W.H. Harrison and manufactured in Baltimore, Maryland. Approximate dimensions: 10.0 x 3.7 x 2.8 inches. Ex: Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society.
