The initials R.H. and the date Janr. 25th, 1695 are engraved on the outside bottom of the box that measures 3.9 x 1.8 x 0.8 inches. The scale arm is 3.1 inches, and the pans are 1.5 inches diameter. Three brass weights of William III are included, two for guineas (W-1183 and 1190) and one for a half guinea (W-1237), along with one brass weight of Louis XIII for a Spanish pistole (W-1302).
