Newman's Presentation Copies of A Guide Book of United States CoinsTwenty-seven editions: 17th through 25th, 27th, 29th, 52nd, 53rd, 55th, 57th through 59th, 61st through 67th, and 69th through 71st [1964-1972, 1974, 1976, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2004-2006, 2008-2014, and 2016-2018]. 12mo, original plain red leatherette; spines lettered in gilt. The 17th through 27th editions are all inscribed to Eric P. Newman and signed by R.S. Yeoman. The 29th and 53rd editions are inscribed and signed by Ken Bressett. The 52nd edition is signed but not inscribed by Bressett. From the 55th edition on, each is a presentation copy given to contributors, all signed by Bressett on a limitation leaf. The 63rd, 69th, and 70th editions all include the contributor's pin. Generally fine or nearly so. Several include copies of correspondence or printed emails regarding the "Red Book." Estimate $750.
