"1788" Massachusetts Half Cent, Evans Copper Restrike, MS66 Red and Brown NGC. Much closer to Red than Brown; sea-green visits the obverse border and Indian; "1788" Massachusetts Cent, Evans Copper Restrike, MS65 Red and Brown NGC. Blushes of apple-green toning visit predominantly pumpkin-red surfaces. The Henry Evans copies were made circa 1948 and sold by Tatham Stamp & Coin. They display an "E" initial on the obverse margin at 11 o'clock. Ex: Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society.
