191725C Type Two MS65 Full Head NGC. Ex: "Col." E.H.R. Green. A blush of light golden toning graces beautifully preserved surfaces on this Gem Full Head Type Two quarter. Liberty's head, shield, and date are sharp, and the reverse is equally well defined. The luster is neither satiny nor frosty but has a fine textured surface that is unmarred by abrasions. An appealing coin in all respects. Ex: Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society.
