187950C PR63 NGC. A fairly generous mintage of 1,100 proof Seated Liberty half dollars was accomplished at the Philadelphia Mint in 1879. This attractive Select proof exhibits razor-sharp definition on all design elements, with reflective fields and lightly marked surfaces, under shades of lavender, cobalt-blue, and emerald-green toning.
