Original straw-gold luster transitions to warmer peach-orange hues in the margins. 1897$5 Half Eagle, MS63 NGC. Original luster includes shades of greenish-gold and peach-orange, complementing well-struck devices. A couple of small marks on Liberty's chin are all that prevent a finer grade.
