Adam's Verlag, (c. 1852). 8vo, original yellow printed paper covers. 5 lithographic plates depicting mostly U.S. private and territorial gold coins, with about one and a half plates depicting American coins from outside the U.S., and only one Federal coin (the three-cent silver) depicted. Two leaves detached from spine; very good or better. The illustrations were taken from the Banker's Magazine for 1851. Estimate $100. Ex: Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society.
