First Edition. 8vo, original green printed paper covers. Drop-title, 17, (3) pages; 22 text figures of coins. Worn, with pages separating. This copy was exhibited in the Newman Money Museum and includes its museum label. With three other publications: Akerman's 1843 The Forgeries of Public Money; a typewritten copy of Barnard's 1926 Forgery of English Copper Money in the Eighteenth Century; and Douglass's 1897 Discourse Concerning the Currencies of the British Plantations in America.
