Heaton, A.G. A Treatise on the Coinage of the United States Branch Mints. Washington, D.C., 1893. 8vo, original gilt-printed paper covers. 54, (2) pages. Inscribed "Mr. J.B. Dresel, with the compliments of the Author" on the title page. One leaf with marginal tear; covers worn and a little chipped. Very good. Although it achieved wide distribution at the time, today, copies are scarce. Popularly known by its cover title, Mint Marks. Estimate $150. Ex: Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society.
