Racine, 1967; Racine, 1976; Iola, 1990; Iola, 1997; and Iola, 2008. 4to, original bindings; jackets as issued for first and second edition. The second edition is inscribed by Eric P. Newman to Dr. Philip Mossman; Newman later notes that it was returned by Mossman for having a binding error that left out one signature and duplicated another: "there were enough errors in the book without a binding error," Newman writes in his humorously self-deprecating fashion. Generally near fine, with some copies fine. Estimate $200. Ex: Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society.
