Numismatic Literary Guild. Eric P. Newman's Clemy Award. The Clemy is the highest award conferred by the NLG, with one recipient receiving it each year. Eric P. Newman was presented with the award in 1982. The Clemy is named after Clement F. Bailey and has been awarded since 1968 "in recognition of writing skill, dedication to numismatics, sense of humor and dedication to the Numismatic Literary Guild." Estimate $150. Ex: Eric P.
