Lithographic title page printed on both sides; (4), 175, (1) pages; finely engraved steel portrait of Daniel Fox; illustrated throughout ("over 1900 fine engravings"). Spine very worn, as usual. Very good. A scarce deluxe binding. The engraved plate of James Kimball is not included in these deluxe bindings. Estimate $150. Ex: Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society.
