Georgia 1776 Light Blue Seal $2 Liberty Cap Fr. GA-73a. PCGS Very Fine 35. An interesting type with the transposed seal that was specified for the $4 Light Blue Seal notes. This is a border (c) variant as are all notes of this type. A handsome note with a sharply defined seal and strong signatures. Full ornaments are all around, though a trifle closely cut.
