Georgia 1776 Light Blue Seal $20 Rattlesnake Fr. GA-77a. PCGS Very Fine 35 Apparent. This is an iconic seal design from Georgia Colonial currency, and its first appearance on the Georgia Seal series. This example faces up beautifully, with a well-detailed rattlesnake on the richly colored seal. The left indent design is cut just a bit inward at the bottom left, as made; the other margins are wide. The quintet of signatures are well placed and sharply accomplished. Noted are "Minor Mounting Remnants on Back in Corners" from long ago. Natural paper and a strong seal make this a worthy candidate for a top-notch typeset. Ex: Eric P.
