Georgia 1776 Light Blue Seal $4 Liberty Cap Fr. GA-75a. PCGS Very Fine 35. A very crisp and handsome note overall. This is the proper denomination in the series for the Liberty Cap seal, which is beautifully detailed on the paper in rich blue. This is border (b) with an odd ornament in the right end.
