Georgia June 8, 1777 $5 Red "In" Fr. GA-107a. PCGS Extremely Fine 40 Apparent. This is a very pleasing June 8, 1777 Rattlesnake Seal note. The seal is very well detailed and contrasts nicely with the black inked text and ornaments. Complete margins all around balance the note well. Noted are "Minor Mounting Remnants on Back," which date from long ago. The face appeal is considerable, and this is an excellent type representative. Ex: Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society
