Maryland June 8, 1780 $4 Fr. MD-112. PCGS Fine 15 Apparent. This is a very rare series of Frederick Green printed notes, and high-grade representatives are extremely rare. The "Black Money" notes are so rare that the Boyd Collection had only a few denominations, and it was nowhere close to having the full dozen necessary for completeness. This is a fine looking type note from the series. It is a little rough along the bottom, as noted by "Splits, Tears and Minor Edge Damage" by PCGS.
