Pennsylvania July 1, 1757 20 Shillings Fr. PA-88. PCGS Very Fine 20 Apparent. The highest denomination issued on this Franklin and Hall imprint series. An interesting "coin turn" alignment places the back imprint upside down in relation to the face. This example faces up nicely and is fairly bright. PCGS notes "Small Edge Splits; Minor Mounting Remnants on Back," but these are relatively minor compared to the overall appeal of this plate B type note. Ex: Eric P.
