New Hampshire July 25, 1775 2 Shillings 6 Pence Fr. NH-135. PCGS Very Good 10 Apparent. There were only 4,000 notes authorized from this series and type. The majority was redeemed for later notes, and the few that do exist are low grade, as seen here. This example is natural, in the state of having split vertically in half and sewn together in period. The left indent design is slightly angled inward at the top. The printing clarity for the grade is attractive. Noted with "Center Split Sewn Together; Small Edge Tears." A rarity in any condition.
