1830 (May, p. 235) An engraving of 1791 and 1792 Washington coinage, including discussion of Washington's opposition to his depiction on the nation's coinage.

1831 (June, p. 270) One the earliest written accounts of the 1792 half dismes.

1835 (June, p. 301) A biographical sketch of David Rittenhouse (first Director of the U.S. Mint), with a portrait engraving by Christian Gobrecht.
