Biography

Resident of Bristol. Married to Alice with a daughter. Director of the Imperial Tobacco Company. Author of The Provincial Token-Coinage of the 18th Century (1913). Author of The Silver Token-Coinage mainly issued between 1811 and 1812 (1922).
